Southern New England Computer Services Answers All Your Computer Needs-At Low Cost
Article by computer repairs
If you’re looking for a computer that is “basic” to address the needs of your youngster or a senior citizen who just wants to take it home, plug it in and run it to do e-mails or write a paper, check out Southern New England Computer Services in North Smithfield, R.I.
Of course, if you’re a “techie” and are into the complexities of computer life, you can do your one-stop shopping at the same place. If its computer related, they have it!
Co-owners Paul Riendeau and Nick Bernfeld are on hand at the store to answer your questions or to provide you with the needed desktop, laptop, laser printer, or component that you need to get going. They can also simply repair, update, and checkout your present system. They will have you returning home pleased and fully satisfied. You’ll be smiling, too, if you contact them by phone with your questions since you’ll have one of them live on the phone with you-not someone overseas with an impersonal voice. “You can talk to the person who sold you the computer.”
Paul and Nick started with the idea of their own business in the basement of Paul’s home after they started helping their friends with their computer problems. They were encouraged to open their own business-which they did in May of 2002, after many friends were satisfied with their repaired computers. On their 7th anniversary coinciding with this issue of the Uxbridge Times, the computer gurus are doing extremely well despite the tight economy. They are proud to note that their Internet Café, half of the building they occupy, is available to anyone to use for only an hour if, for example, they can’t use their own computer “because it’s being serviced.” Nick was pleased to note that “We are very steady even in these tough times.”Paul says their “business has grown” and their expertise in servicing high-end names like HP, Acer, Compaq, and Gateway, among others, gives them the edge in providing top drawer, “crème de la crème,” service “for all makes and models.” “We can service any computer.”Paul further explained that Southern New England Computer Services can transfer data from your current computer to a new one and noted that they are known “to be the fastest service around.” They will also suggest an alternative way of backing up your important data to prevent data loss in the future, which includes DVD’s, external hard drives, or even flash drives. In addition, they deal with the complicated affairs of supporting Information Technology for companies that can’t afford an IT staff, “like a small business.”He said that “customers trust us” because they know that Nick and he will keep costs down and will advise you on the best computer for your needs. Also, regarding repairs, their computer technicians can fix most computers, many for “under 0 since we stockpile all parts and we can debug or add an anti-virus program at a minimal price.” Paul continued to stress that his computer store is not a “box store” and that, when you leave their store, you have a computer with exactly what you need installed, along with an anti-virus program in place; no need to go out and buy a spam protection program. “We make sure you don’t get the trial software you don’t want and provide you, instead, with all the updates you want.”
For example, Southern New England Computer Services will diagnose your computer for a “bench fee of ” versus “0 at a box store.” In addition, “If you don’t think your computer is worth keeping, we’ll credit the towards a new computer.” “It’s a win-win situation.”Southern New England Computer Store is well organized and very clean. Every piece is tagged. Because of its appearance, Paul and Nick added that “people feel comfortable here.”
